Sidebar Content
Using the Sidebar Content block allows for an enhanced sidebar section on the Sidebar Content page.
This content can be used to highlight more information on this page, or add extra details such as a contact number or email here. This is a great way to help this information stand out and is handy to use on pages such as Functions and Weddings which may require some contact information that varies from the usual contact details on the rest of the site.
Toggle Section
The Toggle Section is a great way to display content that may be lengthy – create an introductory paragraph (if needed) and hide the rest of the content below this.
The longer, more descriptive content can be kept here so it doesn’t bring down the overall look and feel of the page. This can be used for Membership Tiers, as an example. The title of the tier would appear in the “title” field and then the table of information displayed behind the button.
Hide Your Extended Content
These sections should be used sparingly as they are quite eye-catching and adding too many of them would over complicate the flow of the page.
Don’t add more than 4 of these Toggle Blocks in one area as this will affect the display of the page. Summarise the key concept of the content and use that in the “Intro” editor to keep it interesting.
Using the Full Width Section
This section is used to add content to the page underneath one of the more specific blocks.
The Full Width section can also be used to add a promotion or call to action to a page. It could be used to add an image gallery further down the page. The purpose of it is to bring back some flexibility to a page built with different layouts, that may still want to add some text under those sections.
Another great use of this space would be to add a gallery further down the page. This content section could even be used above one of the other sections (e.g. the Toggle Section) to introduce or explain a summary of the content in the next section.
